David Neault is a Managing Director of the Inland Empire Region (San Bernardino County and Riverside County) and has extensive experience in working with Owners, Tenants and Investors in fulfilling their industrial, office and retail needs.  Since he began his career back in 1986, he has leased and sold millions of square feet of commercial and industrial product.  Representing clients locally, regionally, and nationally. 

 

In addition to his successful sales and leasing efforts, on behalf of his clients over the last twenty-eight years, he is also involved with several business and civic organizations in which he has assumed many leadership roles. 

 

 

 

 

He was the Chairperson for the Manufacturing and Distribution Council for the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce for several years; he has worked extensively with the Mt. Baldy United Way on several committees and completed his second year

as Chairperson of the Board of Managers for the Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana Family YMCA in December of 2006.  He currently works as an active volunteer.  He served as President of the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce from July of 2001 through June of 2002.  His roots in the Inland Empire enable him to provide his clients with the contacts necessary to help make their development, expansion and/or relocation more productive. David received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the National Association of Realtors in 2004. 

In addition, KW Commercial Real Estate can provide a variety of development and real estate investment services to its clients through 1031-Exchanges, Trust and Endowment investments and Charitable Remainder Trusts, to name a few.

America Rivas has been an associate with KW Commercial since 2012.  She has over 25 years of experience as a business owner, as well as extensive involvement in community affairs. Her experience includes working with government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance to move projects forward in a timely manner from the design phase to completion for new construction projects. America has extensive involvement with various civic and business organizations as a board member as well as in leadership roles with or merchants associations, education foundations, American Diabetes Association, PTA, and the Chamber of Commerce. She has a B.S. in Technical Management from DeVry University and an A.A. in Business Administration.
